How does the Ordering Process work?

At ONE Carbon Bicycles we are able to keep the cost down in several ways.

  • We do not have a brick and mortar store we sell in. When we do have our own store selling only our ONE™ carbon frame and fork and GALAL™ carbon wheel brands we will still keep the pricing model as low as possible.
  • We don’t have thousands of bikes taking a HUGE capital investment sitting around.
  • We are able to establish and maintain a great working relationship with our factory and keep QUALITY without Compromise at the TOP.

So with this we are able to offer you a carbon bike with the highest quality carbon and components for a price that will keep you happy. We dont spin the marketing on what we call the carbon used on our bikes we just K.I.S.S. it.

We use Japan’s Toray 700 carbon on our frames, forks and wheels. Japan is the recognized worldwide leader in the carbon fiber industry, having pioneered development of PAN-based carbon fibers over 30 years ago. The Toray Group, including its US-based subsidiary, Toray Carbon Fibers America, Inc., is the world’s largest producer of PAN (polyacrylonitrile)-based carbon fibers, with manufacturing and distribution facilities in the United States, Europe and Japan and a current installed capacity of 7300 tons per year.

The bike is then assembled in the USA at our shop here in northern Virginia. This is where life begins in your new carbon bike.

The process takes 4-7 weeks and can be less based on if we have your size frame currently on hand at our shop. We know you want it now, but understand that as we hand build your new semi custom bike you are saving upwards of 40-50% on your new carbon bike.
